Leopards

These photos were taken in Yala National Park in Sri Lanka. It is one of the largest, divided into 5 sections, only 2 of which are open to the public. Yala was designated a wildlife sanctuary in 1900 and was designated a national park in 1938. It consists of forest, scrub, lagoons and grasslands. It has the world's largest concentration of leopards.
